Prompt Keeper is a Chrome extension that lets you save and reuse text prompts. This policy explains how your data is handled.

What data is stored

Prompt Keeper stores only the content you explicitly create:

• Prompt titles, bodies, and tags that you write
• Your theme preference (light / dark / system)

Where data is stored

All data is stored exclusively using Chrome's built-in sync storage (chrome.storage.sync). This means your prompts are saved locally in your Chrome profile and, if you are signed into Chrome, synced across your own devices by Google. No data is sent to any server operated by the developer of this extension.

Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect analytics or usage statistics
• We do not collect crash reports or error logs
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not use advertising or tracking technologies

Clipboard access

The extension writes to your clipboard only when you explicitly click the "Copy to Clipboard" button. The clipboard content is never read by the extension and is never transmitted anywhere.

Deleting your data

You can delete all stored prompts at any time from the Settings view inside the extension. Uninstalling the extension will also remove all locally stored data.
